We are excited to re-launch our very popular monthly Cook-Your-Own Steak dinner this Friday, May 26, 2023 led by our Chuck Wagon King, Cowboy Ken, and his band of dedicated chefs to help fill out the meal. During the summer (and a bit beyond while the weather holds), on the 4th Friday of every month, we have a Friday night dinner where we all cook our own steaks on the big grill. Cowboy is in charge of keeping the coals going so when you go out there with your own hunk of meat, we PROMISE it’ll be ready to cook your cut to perfection along with lots and lots of folks happy to dish out free advice on how to get the steak of your dreams. After your steak is “done to the turn”, you go back inside and get salad, corn, potatoes, and all the fixings.  

And, we repeat, there’s never a shortage of cooking advice . . .

$20 gets you what you need! However, we are limiting our purchase to 45 steaks, so get your tickets ASAP or you’ll be chewing on hay!
