The Lodge hosts a vintage movie afternoon in the lodge room with screenings of Alfred Hitchcock’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith, and the great classic Casablanca, shown on an antique movie projector operated by guest projectionist, Brett Bonowicz, director of the Odyssey Film Institute, which is “dedicated to the exhibition of cinema on celluloid film.”
In the spirit of these classics, vintage attire is admired, but not required. Complimentary popcorn and candy will be provided, and also a no-host bar.
This event helps raise funds for Lynn Glick, First Vice President of the California-Hawaii Elks Association (CHEA).
1pm: Lodge Room doors open
1:30 pm: Films start
Tickets: $25
You can also purchase tickets from the members’ bar at the Mahogany Room. Tickets can also be purchased at the door, though advance purchase is highly recommended.
