Over 60 Elks had a ball on Saturday at our 7th Annual Alameda Elks Charity Golf Outing. We hit great shots (all of them were great); enjoyed the weather; laughed a lot and raised money for charity.
Thanks to all of our sponsors, volunteers and golfers who made the day such a success. All the golfers started off the day with goody bags and packed lunches. When we were on the course, there where longest drive competitions, closest to the pin competitions and prize raffles. Special thanks to our refreshment ladies, Charlene and Kary. More special thanks to our photographer for the day, First Lady Heather Watson. Biggest thanks of all to PER’s Shirley and Rick Bierman for organizing another wonderful event.
After the great day of golf, we retired back to the Lodge for a Golf & Fun dinner with contests, prize raffles and awards. What a day! It was a hole-in-one!
