During the summer, on the 3rd Friday of every month, we have a Friday night dinner where we all cook our own steaks on the grill. We have a lot of fun picking out raw steaks and cooking them ourselves on the grill. There’s never a shortage of hot coals, cooking spices or . . . advice on how you should cook your steak. After your steak is “done to the turn”, you come back inside and get salad, corn, potatoes and all the fixings. Everyone has a great time, enjoying dinner together.
And, we repeat, there’s never a shortage of cooking advice . . .
